The breath I
breathe
came exhaled
from your holy lungs.
The life I lead, built
block by block
by your perfect and right hands.
I will sing your song
with all my heart.
Through a throat,
tight with tears,
I will sing.
Through cracked lips,
weathered and worn,
I will sing.
With arms clutched
to my aching soul,
I will sing.
With a joy that
cannot be eroded,
I will sing.
I will sing to the Lord,
All my
life.
(Psalm 104:33)
Thank you. Beautiful and true.
Thank you for reading!
There is no more beautiful song than the one sung with a tight throat!
I definitely agree. 🙂
